RMS HISTORY

RMS, formerly Mercuri & Associates, Inc. (MAI), was formed in 1979 by Dr. Bruno Mercuri, PG. In 2004 Mr. Matthew Mercuri, PG, joined MAI and worked alongside Dr. Mercuri for 8 years at which time he took over as President and Principal Hydrogeologist. In 2020, MAI, rebranded as RMS Environmental, LLC and added Mr. Raymond Minarovic, PG, LSRP as a partner.”

Our Philosophy

RMS believes that our knowledge of environmental regulations, technical ability and sensitivity to our client’s goals are crucial in helping our clients meet their project objectives. Our staff has relationships with local governments and state and federal agencies. These relationships facilitate timely navigation through various environmental programs and minimize risk from the unknown. We understand the necessity for keeping projects on time and on budget. Our knowledge of the various state voluntary programs allows us to avoid delays and find solutions to regulatory issues.
