RMS was able to prevent the NJDEP from engaging in Direct Oversight and Administrative Consent Order (ACO) actions against a new client for failure to submit a final remediation document for the past 25 years.

RMS worked with the NJDEP to develop a remedial strategy that allowed our client to demonstrate concentrations of chemicals of concern identified 25 years ago were no longer a threat to human health and the environment and we were able to issue a Response Action Outcome (RAO) without entering into an ACO and avoiding Direct Oversight requirements.
RMS always puts in the effort to develop unique remediation strategies that meet NJDEP requirements while achieving our clients goals.
