Municipal and County LSRP Services

RMS’s LSRP has been contracted to perform LSRP services for the City of Millville, Pennsauken Township, City of Hoboken, Borough of Elmwood Park, West Deptford Township, Township of Clayton, Burlington County, Camden County in the past. Projects included:

• regulated and unregulated underground storage tank removals and closures ,
• preparation of final remediation documents including:
  • remedial action permits for soil and groundwater,
  • classification exception areas,
  • preparation of deed notices, and
  • Response Action Outcomes (RAO’s)
• site investigation and remediation of multiple community parks planned for redevelopment,
• investigation and remediation of old/abandoned properties,
• remediation at public works departments and health departments.

Work was coordinated between municipal and county officials, departments and subcontractors and regular health and safety and construction meetings were held to ensure all parties were up to date on project activities. Regular presentations in front of local commissioners and stakeholders regarding project updates and deadlines were required. Monthly budget and progress reports were prepared to ensure projects were completed on-time and under budget.

RMS’s LSRP assisted the government agencies with environmental permitting issues (remedial action permits, wetland permits, air permits and ecological permits) and assisted in developing HDSRF grants for properties turned over to the agencies through tax defaults and eminent domain.
